I never&#8230; Let me say this&#8230; I&#8217;ve seen nights when if it hadn&#8217;t been against the law, I could driven my vehicle&#8230; not even&#8230;\u00a0not even turn on the lights&#8230; Moon full&#8230; No clouds&#8230; Elements full of stars&#8230;. On a night like that, I don&#8217;t care how good a light you got, it don&#8217;t stand out. I don&#8217;t care how good a light you got. But you let it get smooth cloudy&#8230; No&#8230; No moon&#8230; No stars&#8230; I&#8217;ve seen it so dark, you couldn&#8217;t even hardly see your hand. Now on a night like that, just a little bit of light stands out. Don&#8217;t take a lot. And you young people&#8230; I mean you can really stand out now. You can stand out.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It&#8217;s almost as bad as the anti-deluvian age before the flood<\/li>\n<li>Can anybody quote Genesis 6:3<\/li>\n<li>All you ever here, &#8220;And the Lord said, my spirit will not always strive with man&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>The rest: &#8220;Yet he also is flesh, days will be 120 years<\/li>\n<li>I believe 6:3 to 7:16 &#8211; 120 years<\/li>\n<li>Noah coulda been 100 years building by faith<\/li>\n<li>When Enoch was 65 Methuselah was born<\/li>\n<li>For 300 Years Enoch walked with God<\/li>\n<li>Hebrews 11:5 &#8220;By Faith&#8230;.<\/li>\n<li>Two witnesses not Enoch, Moses and Elijah put to death<\/li>\n<li>When it was worst than it was today, the bible says<\/li>\n<li>Genesis 6:9 &#8220;Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Even when it was worst, we see another man walking with God<\/li>\n<li>Genesis 6:5 &#8220;And God saw that the wickedness of the&#8230;.. continually&#8230; repented&#8230;.\u00a0\u00a0 grieved &#8230;.\u00a0\u00a0 will destroy man&#8230;.\u00a0 fouls&#8230; I made them.<\/li>\n<li>Right here in the bible belt it&#8217;s almost as bad almost<\/li>\n<li>Not hardly, but it&#8217;s almost<\/li>\n<li>Who would of thought.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Television and The Internet<\/h3>\n<p>Now as far as I know in Fite Bend&#8230; That&#8217;s where I was born and reared&#8230; in Gordon County, but in Fite Bend&#8230; And everybody listen real close(t)&#8230; The first television that I know of in our country&#8230; Mr. Coot Austin and his wife, Mrs. Winnie Austin, their son, Mr. Gilbert Austin, their daughter, Ms. Sis Austin, had the first television in our country, and I used go up there and watch the Lone Ranger. Is everybody listening? And there&#8217;s not a person here&#8230; You never did see Gene Autry or Roy Rogers kiss a woman. Is everybody listen&#8217;n? And who woulda thought&#8230; who woulda thought that television woulda been like it&#8217;s been for the last thirty years? Who woulda even thought it? Who would have\u00a0even thought that television&#8230; I&#8217;ll tell you one man thought&#8230; Dr. Oswald J. Smith. He said in the late fifties&#8230; He wrote that pamphlet in the late fifties&#8230; What is television doing to our youth? He said television will finally turn America and Canada into a state even worst than Sodom and Gomorah. But now we&#8217;ve got something worst&#8230; The internet&#8230; We got something worst now than the television. The internet. The inter-net. The INTER-NET! Is everybody listening? God help us. Serious thing, friend. Now, if you think you can cut it all out, then you need to&#8230; you need to go out here somewhere tonight and vomick. You can&#8217;t cut it all out. And if you&#8217;re not a strong Christian&#8230; I mean if you&#8217;re not a strong Christian and can not look at none of that filthy ungodly stuff, you better leave it alone. That&#8217;s what you better do. Leave it alone! Amen! Come on now? Amen! Stay with me friend. God help us.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You talk about perilous times, we&#8217;re in them<\/li>\n<li>Young ladies, about all your clothes designers are lesbos and sodos<\/li>\n<li>My beautiful neice, married now, fine baby boy, married&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>When she was 15 or 16 she had a blouse that was sleevless<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Felicia, you oughtta never put on a blouse like that<\/li>\n<li>Beaufiful&#8230;.<\/li>\n<li>Didn&#8217;t get pooch mouth, she just didn&#8217;t put another one on<\/li>\n<li>Quiet in here, now&#8217;s a time for an offereing<\/li>\n<li>Our only hope, you can have evangelism and not have revival<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve been in meetings where we had 40-50 people saved,<\/li>\n<li>But no revival, God&#8217;s people didn&#8217;t get revived.<\/li>\n<li>If you had a bunch of people saved, doesn&#8217;t mean you had revival<\/li>\n<li>Got to have evangelism<\/li>\n<li>What&#8217;s been bothering me for a year now, 3\u00a0billion that&#8217;s never heard what you hear what you hear every week, or tonight<\/li>\n<li>You and me are gonna be at that white throne judgment<\/li>\n<li>1 Thess 4;16 &#8220;For the Lord himself shall descend&#8221; STOP<\/li>\n<li>And if he comes back tonight, I wonder if I&#8217;m gonna be ashamed<\/li>\n<li>1 John 2? &#8220;Now abide in him, we may have confidence and not be ashamed &#8230;coming&#8221; STOP<\/li>\n<li>I wonder if I&#8217;m gonna be ashamed of an unread, unstudied, KJ Bible<\/li>\n<li>I wonder if &#8220;&#8221; prayer life, church, home, school, job<\/li>\n<li>How many of us are gonna be ashamed?<\/li>\n<li>Mark 16:15, Now that&#8217;s part of the great commission, but it&#8217;s the great command &#8220;And he said unto them.. go ye therefore&#8230; to every creature. He that believe&#8230; shall be damned.<\/li>\n<li>I want to go back and prove to you we&#8217;ll be at the white throne judgment<\/li>\n<li>1 Thess 4:16 &#8220;For the lord himself&#8230;..trump of God&#8221; STOP<\/li>\n<li>Come up here Brother Larry, Brother Kline<\/li>\n<li>I want to ask you something.<\/li>\n<li>Jude, You know who&#8217;s gonna blow the trumpet, verse 9 &#8220;Michael the archangel&#8221; He&#8217;s the only archangel that&#8217;s named.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;For the lord himself shall&#8230;&#8230;..with the voice&#8230; rise first&#8230; then we shall be caught up with them in the clouds&#8230; I the air.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 so shall ever Lord.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Now if we&#8217;re ever gonna be with him, who&#8217;s gonna be seated on the White Throne<\/li>\n<li>John 5:22 &#8220;The Father judged no mann&#8230;. the son&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Matthew 7:21,22,23, &#8220;Not everyone&#8230;&#8230;which is in heaven.. many will say in that day&#8221; STOP<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m so slow, it took me 40 years to learn this: all these people all of them everyone of them is very very very religion, no drunk, no drug addicts.<\/li>\n<li>Everyone religiou, everyone lost<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;many will say didn&#8217;t we prophesy&#8221; preach<\/li>\n<li>When I was over at Brother Butler, had a preacher born again pastoring 30 something years.<\/li>\n<li>He was back there all excited.<\/li>\n<li>You say I don&#8217;t believe that.<\/li>\n<li>What about John Gill, the old Puritan writer. Came right down to the door of death, relized he&#8217;s going out in the dark and got born again, god raised him up and let him tell it. what about that?<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m on my way to the judgment seat of Christ<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;re saved you are too<\/li>\n<li>When you got saved, he workd it in<\/li>\n<li>John 1:13 &#8220;Which were born no&#8230;.but of God&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>John 3:3 &#8220;Jesus ansewredf&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0 the kingdome of God&#8221; That&#8217;s salvation<\/li>\n<li>Mat 6:33 &#8220;But seek ye first&#8230;..rieht&#8230;..to you.&#8221; That&#8217;s salvation<\/li>\n<li>Now he worked it in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Secret to the Christian Life<\/h3>\n<p>And I wanta thank the good Lord&#8230; Everybody look at me tonight. I coulda been out there, them Sunday afternoons, playing with the other young&#8230; them boys, them teenage boys and everything&#8230; I love sports. I coulda been right out there. But I&#8217;d come in from church and get&#8230; get my bible or get some books&#8230; And all Sunday afternoon, I was out there alone with the Lord. Absolutely. That&#8217;s it, friend. Them Sunday afternoons and\u00a0a lot of nights&#8230; You&#8217;da thought I was brave man&#8230; down in them bottoms, winter and summer, praying. Where the Holy Spirit would impress me to pray, that&#8217;s where I&#8217;d go pray. Winter and summer. Oh yes! Yes! Amen, friend! Yes! And I&#8217;d tell you the secret in the Christian life, if you want me to. Same thing Brother Joe Parson told me 49-50 years ago, Rocky Acres Bible Camp. We&#8217;s up walking across the grounds&#8230; Look at me boys and girls. I said, &#8220;Brother Joe! Where&#8217;s the secret at in the Christian life?&#8221; He said, &#8220;Samuel&#8221; He said, &#8220;Sam, the secret is that you spend more time with him than you do anybody else.&#8221; That&#8217;s it. That&#8217;s the secret, friend. That you spend more time with him&#8230; And dad loved&#8230; my daddy loved to\u00a0go with me to the Conasauga River to run&#8230; to raise the nets. But there were times I didn&#8217;t even\u00a0carry my daddy. I just wanted to be over there&#8230; alone. Walk up and down them cotton rows or that plowed ground before we&#8217;d plant, fellershipping with the Lord&#8230; I mean fellershipping with Him. I&#8217;ve been so close to him that when I&#8217;ve laid down in the bed, it&#8217;s just like he laid down with me. That&#8217;s how close I&#8217;ve been, friend. You say, I don&#8217;t believe that. That don&#8217;t bother me any. You go ahead.\u00a0\u00a0Don&#8217;t bother me a bit. I don&#8217;t get a bit upset at you if you don&#8217;t believe that.\u00a0Not a bit. That don&#8217;t bother me a bit, friend. Brother would say, &#8220;Who you whispering to?&#8221; And I&#8217;d be fellershipping with the Lord. It&#8217;s wonderful. Nothing like it. Nothing! Nothing on planet earth!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They start little girls and boys on sports<\/li>\n<li>So much going on, so tied up, won&#8217;t come to revival<\/li>\n<li>Some of those minds.<\/li>\n<li>Same thing that God Lot &#8220;&#8230;vexed with the filthy converseation&#8230;..<\/li>\n<li>Said twice he was a righteous man<\/li>\n<li>In my lifetime, 72, never been so much in seeing and hearing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>I Wanta Be The Same<\/h3>\n<p>Now I&#8217;ve narrowed it down. I&#8217;ve narrowed it down a little more. You&#8217;ve heard me say&#8230; And you can talk to my&#8230; call my wife&#8230; call my boys. I wanta be the very same at home, the very same. I WANTA BE THE\u00a0SAME AT HOME as I am out in public. But I&#8217;ve narrowed it down a little friend. If I was 500 miles away from anybody&#8230; 500 miles away from anybody on planet earth and nobody&#8217;d ever know what I&#8217;d done, I wanta be the same. I wanta be the same. I wanta be the same, friend. I wanta be the same. God help us.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Last leg, we&#8217;re winding it up<\/li>\n<li>Dr. B Calwelll believed what Joe Parson said.<\/li>\n<li>That devil is going to turn his demons on the preachers<\/li>\n<li>Panama City pastored, his name?<\/li>\n<li>Hugh Pile<\/li>\n<li>Will he make it in evangelism.<\/li>\n<li>He must of, went out in perfect will of God..<\/li>\n<li>He was fasting, steward passing by<\/li>\n<li>Devil worshippers praying and fasting that 1000 preachers would fall<\/li>\n<li>3 did in High Point, North Carolina<\/li>\n<li>What are young people are confronted with today<\/li>\n<li>Wifes oldest sister, nick is over fifty<\/li>\n<li>When those boys were in school, one night up ironing<\/li>\n<li>They put on X rated movie<\/li>\n<li>It&#8217;s awful<\/li>\n<li>Holy Spirit, Sweet Holy Spirit<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re still working.\u00a0 You&#8217;re doing your job<\/li>\n<li>I want to thank you.<\/li>\n<li>What about our churches. If your churches were strong we could have kept this wickedness push back<\/li>\n<li>Lord help\u00a0us<\/li>\n<li>last leg of the journey<\/li>\n<li>Young lady, we\u00a0better realize, occupy til he comes<\/li>\n<li>Dont&#8217; want this\u00a0to discourage you. You want a home&#8230; family..<\/li>\n<li>Hey we&#8217;re on the last leg<\/li>\n<li>This grace disp could end tonight<\/li>\n<li>And if you don&#8217;t believe it could, I want you to sstand up and read me a verse that has to be fulfilled before Jesus comes back&#8230; Stand up<\/li>\n<li>I was in&#8230; I was up there&#8230;..<\/li>\n<li>You dont&#8217; see the church anymore after chapter 4, not until 19<\/li>\n<li>Fella stood up there, &#8220;What about all these saints&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Sir, all saved folk at saints, There<\/li>\n<li>Rev 7 &#8220;John saw a great number, that came out of great tribulation<\/li>\n<li>But\u00a0hardly anybody saved from the bible belt<\/li>\n<li>2 Thess 2:7 &#8220;For Paul said,&#8230;.. mystery of iniquity&#8230;&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>It&#8217;s\u00a0working triple time today &#8221;\u00a0\u00a0.. taken out of the way..&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Not &#8220;out of the world&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>In the\u00a0miidle of Dan&#8217;s 70th week, the HS is gong quit restraining<\/li>\n<li>And sir, as sure as your glasses on, the last 3 1\/2 will be almost &#8220;hell on earth&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>What about Rev 8;1 &#8220;There will be silence in heaven for about the space of\u00a0an half our&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>God is fixing to pour out his awful judgement&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>This scripture was partially in AD 70 but not literally.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;&#8230;. suck in those days&#8230;then great trib.. such as not beginning of thw orld&#8230; no ever shall be&#8221; hadn&#8217;t be literally fulfilled<\/li>\n<li>Amen, come on now.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;But for the elect sake&#8230;. shortened&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>This is what is amaizing, the ones that have received the mark of the beast there will be a 5 month period you can&#8217;t kill yourself. Blow your heart out with a 45<\/li>\n<li>Rev 9:6&#8243; In those days&#8230;..<\/li>\n<li>You say, I&#8217;m not gonna receive that mark of the beast&#8230;..<\/li>\n<li>If he comes back and I&#8217;m left&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Yeah you will&#8230;.<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;ve reproved, drawn&#8230; oh yes you will<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;The mystery of iniquity&#8230;. revialed, consume.. destry brightness of coming working of satan wonders..\u00a0\u00a0 htem that perish&#8230;. unrigheousness&#8230;. strong delusion\u00a0 believe a lie.. al might be damedn&#8230;&#8230; :<\/li>\n<li>God is gonna send you a strong delusion.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re gonna revice mark, head and hand.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;For the mystery of lawlessness&#8230;..&#8221;j STOP<\/li>\n<li>I didn&#8217;t read Gen 6:8<\/li>\n<li>In a day worst than it is today, this oughta really excite you.<\/li>\n<li>You won&#8217;t sleep<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;But Noah found grace&#8221; And me and you &#8220;grace to help in&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Hallejluh<\/li>\n<li>heb 2:18 &#8220;he himself&#8221; talking about Jesus &#8220;&#8230; he is able to s&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>James 4:6,7 This is what it&#8217;s gonna take, &#8220;He giveth more grace&#8230;.\u00a0 to the humbe.. Submit&#8230;.resit the devil&#8230;will flee from you&#8230; draw nigh&#8230;to you.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>James 4:10 &#8220;Humble yourself&#8221; Don&#8217;t be ignorant and pray that God humble you&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Luke 14;11 &#8220;Fo whosoever exalteth himself&#8230;..exalted&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Got my coat over there, let me have it.<\/li>\n<li>1 Peter 5:6 &#8220;Humble yourselves there&#8230;due time.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you&#8230;&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Hebrew 4:15 &#8220;For we have not an high priest&#8230;&#8230;like as we are.. yet without sin.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Next verse 16 &#8221; let us therefore come boldly&#8230; find grace&#8230;in need<\/li>\n<li>I don&#8217;t feel like I need dying grace. I don&#8217;t feel like I&#8217;m dying.<\/li>\n<li>But when I do, it&#8217;s be there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dixie Belle Mills<\/h3>\n<p>When I worked at Dixie Belle Mills, seven and a half years&#8230; I did&#8230; the last two or three\u00a0years take over the cut order department, cut&#8217;n the large rugs.\u00a0 But the only reason why I&#8217;d done it, Brother Larry, I knew we could work hard and if I need&#8217;d to get off early about going to revival or about the Lord&#8217;s work,\u00a0we could do it. And uh&#8230; Now you better listen at me real close now&#8230; I told Mr. Wallace Roland, Mr. Tramull Burchan probably, &#8220;Long hours Monday. Long hours Tuesday. I wanta be off early enough Wednesday to go to our prayer service, prayer meet&#8217;n.&#8221; One Wednesday, Mr. Wallace Roland said, &#8220;We&#8217;re gonna have to just&#8230; Sammy, we&#8217;re gonna have to just work over. We gotta get this order out.&#8221; I said, &#8220;Okay, Wallace. It&#8217;ll be on you and Tramull if I miss church tonight.&#8221; And about 6:30&#8230; He wadn&#8217;t even saved&#8230; Here come the supervisor and said, &#8220;You go on to church. I&#8217;m gonna take your place.&#8221; He feared God enough&#8230; And you ain&#8217;t fit to be a deacon if you&#8217;ll work over on prayer meet&#8217;n night to make a little extra money and work on Sunday. Oh no, friend! Oh No! I said, &#8220;Long hours Monday, long hours Tuesday, long hours Thursday, long hours Friday, I&#8217;ll even work on Saturday, but I won&#8217;t be here on Sunday.&#8221; And I never was. Never. Never. NEVER! It wasn&#8217;t a preference. It was a CONVICTION! Won&#8217;t be here on Sunday now. Oh no! I won&#8217;t be here on Sunday. And I don&#8217;t think I could&#8217;ve gone any higher than what I did. Don&#8217;t think I had the ability. But, they might have wanted me to, but it would&#8217;ve required more of my time. Oh no. Amen now.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I wasn&#8217;t gonna take no job that was going to hinder me concerning the Lords&#8217;work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>It&#8217;s Me or the Tent<\/h3>\n<p>I courted this young lady three years,\u00a0went to school with her&#8230; She went on to Grady when she graduated. And I was afraid to drive in Atlanta. We&#8217;s engaged eighteen months,\u00a0but I never did go to Atlanta to see her. And when she come home, precious young lady&#8230; And when she head that we&#8217;s getting that tent, that first tent, uh&#8230; She wrote me a letter, said it&#8217;s either me or the tent. That&#8217;s it. Said it&#8217;s either me or the tent. That&#8217;s right. M-hmm. It&#8217;s either me or the tent. And when she come home&#8230; I had a speaking engagement probably over in Summerville&#8230; And as we rode over, I said, &#8220;I got your letter. I guess you know we didn&#8217;t answer it. You said it was either you or the tent.&#8221; and I said &#8220;I know it&#8217;s God&#8217;s will for us to get the tent, so you&#8217;ve got your answer.&#8221; We&#8217;s engaged eighteen months, buddy. You&#8217;ve got your answer young lady. You&#8217;ve got it young lady. Noh yes, young lady! You&#8217;ve got your answer. Amen friend. So, get on the possum&#8217;s trail. You&#8217;ve gotta work at it. Get on the possum&#8217;s trail of God&#8217;s perfect will for your life and don&#8217;t let no boy&#8230; Don&#8217;t let nothing or nobody side track you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Don&#8217;t laugh<\/li>\n<li>I though you were getting that tent for us to live in<\/li>\n<li>Both realize not the Lord&#8217;s will<\/li>\n<li>I was true to her, God had Jimmy growing up getting old enough for me to marry her<\/li>\n<li>Put up with a lot, gone 25 years of marriage, loves me.<\/li>\n<li>Old Jim has loved me.<\/li>\n<li>She don&#8217;t think I&#8217;m&#8230;.<\/li>\n<li>She&#8217;ll come hear you preach<\/li>\n<li>Brother Edgar, &#8220;Jimmy, come over here and help us<\/li>\n<li>Ask Ellis heffingotn, ask adam, Jim could stay there at Concord because she don&#8217;t think I&#8217;m the only preacher, and she&#8217;ll want her to stay<\/li>\n<li>She be so far.. judgment seat.<\/li>\n<li>Been a long journey, but it&#8217;s been wonderful wonderful I mean wonderful<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m up here tonight, and just as content as at home<\/li>\n<li>Jimmy is a home body, just as content.\u00a0 hallelujah.
